Dr. Christian Badura has a strong expertise in complex corporate law as well as capital market law transactions and projects, for medium-sized as well as for listed companies.
Moreover, Dr. Christian Badura regularly advises in the preparation and implementation of shareholders meetings of stock corporations and acts as chairman of general meetings and shareholders‘ meetings.
Dr. Christian Badura completed his legal studies at the Universities of Bonn and Geneva/Switzerland. Following his first State Examination, Dr. Christian Badura worked inter alia for international law firms Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Cologne and at the Frankfurt office of Linklaters.
Following the admission to the bar in 2009, Dr. Christian Badura started his lawyer’s career at Latham&Watkins and went on to Mayrhofer + Partner (today part of Pinsent Masons) in Munich, before establishing his own boutique law firm in Munich in 2014.
Since 2018 Dr. Badura is a lecturer at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, teaching “Legal Issues for CFOs” inter alia for bank specialists.
Furthermore, since 2018 Christian has served as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Lehner Investments AG in Munich. In 2022, he was appointed as Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ICO – International Certification Organization AG in Munich. Dr. Badura has served as General Legal Counsel of Wirtschaftsjunioren Bayern e.V. (Association of young businesspeople in Bavaria).
