Nathalie Brychcy advises founders, medium-sized as well as stock-quoted companies and selected start-ups in corporate law matters, for example in M&A transactions, as well as in employment law matters. Moreover, Nathalie Brychcy regularly advises on the preparation and implementation of shareholders‘ meetings.
Another key area of her work is advising on and structuring management and employee incentive plans such as ESOPs or VSOPs.
Nathalie Brychcy studied law at Ludwig Maximilian University, Munich. As part of a scholarship program, she spent two semesters at the Universidad de Sevilla, Spain.
During her studies, Nathalie Brychcy completed internships in various international law firms and subsequently worked as a research assistant for corporate and employment law at Osborne Clarke law firm (2015 to 2017). Subsequently, in 2018, she worked for eight months at the boutique VC law firm Weitnauer, Munich.
