Dr Robin Kuhl advises our clients on complex issues of private and public commercial law. Due to his work at the Institute for Private International and Private Foreign Law in Cologne as well as in a Franco-German law firm, Dr Robin Kuhl has particular expertise in cases with cross-border implications. He has a particular focus on litigation.

Career
Dr Robin Kuhl studied law at the University of Cologne. During his studies, he worked for a major national law firm, among others. Following his studies, he worked at the Institute for Private International and Private Foreign Law at the University of Cologne, including a research fellowship at the University of Florence. During this time, he wrote his doctoral thesis on a property law topic. Dr Robin Kuhl completed his legal clerkship (Referendariat) at the Higher Regional Court of Cologne with stages at a law firm specialising in energy law and a Franco-German law firm in Marseille.
