As part of our transaction team, Michael Primbs provides comprehensive cross-border corporate and commercial law advice to investors, companies and entrepreneurs, including regulatory and capital markets matters.

His scope of work includes all aspects of company transactions, corporate investments as well as financing rounds. Another focus of Michael’s work is advising on contractual and sports law.

Career

Michael Primbs studied law at University of Leipzig, Eötvös Loránd University Budapest, University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and Goethe University Frankfurt am Main. During his studies, he gained practical experience in leading international law firms, companies and non-governmental organizations in Argentina, China, Germany, Ghana and Mongolia. He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main with stations at the German Embassy in Washington, D.C., Amazon and FC Bayern München AG, among others.

Parallel to his work as an attorney at 3T, Michael Primbs is a lecturer and research assistant at TUM School of Management (Chair of Corporate Governance and Capital Markets Law). He is currently writing his dissertation on a sports law topic.
