As a one-stop-shop solution for legal and tax structuring matters, we focus on technology law (including IT/IP and data protection law), tax law as well as corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. We have particular expertise in advising technology-savvy entrepreneurs, investors and companies developing or distributing software and digital assets and in cross-border matters. We also advise clients in traditional industries, not only in the digital transformation.
